Jack Gunn, MSc, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Jack leads the business side of Eidex, and works to develop the long–term strategy for the company. He is actively involved in developing and managing partner relationships. Jack earned master’s degrees in Economics and Business from the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago.
Doug LaFleur, PhD
Doug, the company’s founder, focuses on developing relationships with key partners and guiding the direction of the software. He received his PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Doug serves on the Michigan Association of School Board's deficit district committee, and is president of the Northview Public School Board in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Chief Experience Officer
Charlie directs the Eidex user experience and technology teams, as well as the company’s marketing strategy and execution. His specialty is understanding and facilitating user interaction online, with a focus on usability and information architecture. His background includes work with clients on six continents.
Bob Greene, MBA
Director of Research & Consulting Services
Bob helps customize Eidex capabilities to individual State requirements, while supporting client engagement. He offers Education experience in the business office, and as a school administrator and a classroom teacher. Bob earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS degree from Yale University.
Ron Wilson, MA
Ron has been an educator for more than 30 years, serving as a teacher, special education director, principal, curriculum director, business manager and superintendent. Ron holds a masters degree in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University and both a Specialty and Enhanced Superintendent Endorsement through the Michigan Department of Education and Michigan Association of School Administrators.
Karen Cross, MPA
Director of Consulting & Client Outreach
Karen works with our clients to enhance the value they receive from the Eidex relationship. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, governance training, mediation, group facilitation, and leadership development. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Detroit Mercy, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University and also holds WorkKeys Job Profiling, Achieve Global Supervisory/Leadership and True Colors trainer certifications.
Phil Saurman, CPA
Education Finance Consultant
Phil has been involved in over 600 local and intermediate school district audits over the past 40 years. He is a long-time associate member of both MSBO and ASBO, and has served on both planning and oversight committees.
